Max Musashi Fischman has a diverse work experience. Max Musashi started in 2017 as a Student Assistant in the Binghamton University Financial Aid & Student Records Office. In 2018, they worked as a Shadowing Intern at Lenox Hill Hospital. In 2019, they joined NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital as an HR Connects Advisor/ Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Max Musashi later became the Patient Experience Lead at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens. During their time at Binghamton University, they held various roles including Human Resources Student Intern, Residential Assistant, and Binghamton University Athletics Marketing Intern. Max Musashi also served as the Vice President of Public Relations for the Binghamton University Data Science and Analytics Club.

Max Musashi Fischman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development with a minor in Japanese Studies from Binghamton University. Max Musashi attended Binghamton University from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they received their International Baccalaureate Diploma from The Baccalaureate School for Global Education, where they studied from 2009 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Max also attended The Japanese Weekend School of New York from 2002 to 2015.

Max has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In May 2022, they became a Certified Patient Experience Professional from the Patient Experience Institute. In January 2021, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Max Musashi also holds the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Healthcare (LSSGB) certification from Binghamton University, obtained in January 2021.
