Valentina Aponte

Valentina Aponte has extensive experience in care management and social work, with a substantial tenure at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital from February 2013 to August 2021 as a Care Management Coordinator. Prior to this role, Valentina served as a Care Manager at Silver Hill Hospital from June 2008 to February 2013. Additional experience includes a position as a Social Worker at Putnam Family and Community Services from September 2007 to May 2008, along with completing a Social Work Internship during the same period.
