Justin Swanberg, CMA

Justin Swanberg, CMA has over 12 years of professional experience in operations, finance, human resources, sales enablement, and project management.

In 2022, they were appointed as the Operations Director at Nyquist Data, Inc.

Prior to this, they were a Sr. Director of Finance & Operations at StrataCore, Inc. from 2010-2022. During this time, they played a pivotal role in building out the company and establishing operations, finance, and human resources departments to enable 5x revenue growth. Justin also developed sales enablement tools to increase efficiency and accuracy in a user-friendly format for clients and prospects to use. Additionally, they led the adjustment of a $1.2M payroll through the design of new compensation packages.

From 2009-2010, they were the Co-Founder of the Blue Bird Short Bus Project at Econcept Foundations. During this time, they partnered to retrofit a discarded school bus to a complete motorhome and worked as a team to create a custom filtering system for the use of vegetable oil as the main source of fuel. Justin also traveled 10K miles educating and driving awareness of the importance and availability of sustained ecologically friendly ways of traveling.

From 2006-2009, they were the Finance & Operations Manager at Home Team Northwest. During this time, they created a new reporting system to track and present commission details, eliminated commission errors, and performed financial analysis, streamlined operations, and cost control resulting in bringing about business profits.

Justin Swanberg obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Gonzaga University between 2001 and 2005, with a focus in Finance and Human Resource Management. Justin then obtained their Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in May 2013. Most recently, they obtained a Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index in November 2021.
