Michelle Bielawa possesses extensive experience in employment and day services, having held various leadership roles at Warren, Washington, Albany Counties ARC since 1989. Currently serving as Assistant Executive Director of Employment & Day Services, Michelle previously held positions such as Senior Director of Employment and Vocational Services and Director of Community Employment, managing departments that support individuals in obtaining and maintaining employment. Michelle's background includes overseeing day habilitation programs, staff management, event coordination, and developing community integration programs. With a deep commitment to service and professional development, Michelle is an active member of NYS APSE and regularly attends OPWDD Innovation Trainings.
