Zachary Ballard

Zachary Ballard is an accomplished Information Technology Specialist 2 at the New York State Insurance Fund since May 2022, bringing extensive technical expertise to the role. In addition, Zachary serves as a Microsoft Cloud Engineer at Zones, LLC, since July 2020.
