Shannon Kelley

Shannon Kelley currently serves as the Service Delivery Director for Population Health Strategy at the New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC), where responsibilities include defining and leading strategies that enhance customer value and sustain long-term relationships. Kelley's experience encompasses roles such as Acting Director of Strategy, Practice Leader for Population Health Strategy, and Principal Consultant, focusing on health information technology, strategic planning, and organizational change. Prior positions include Director of Programs at the New York State Department of Health, where Kelley directed technology investment strategies to improve healthcare quality, and various roles at MVP Health Care, overseeing wellness programs, quality improvement initiatives, and employee health management. Shannon Kelley holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Albany School of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
