Brendan Kelly

Brendan Kelly currently serves as an HR Manager at The New York Times since May 2022. Prior to this role, Brendan held several positions at NCC Group from October 2018 to May 2022, including Global Human Resources Lead and Human Resources Project Manager, where responsibilities included transitioning to a fully integrated HRIS platform and streamlining business processes. Brendan also worked as an HR Specialist at NCC Group, managing onboarding and exit processes as well as benefits inquiries for North American offices. Earlier experience includes serving as Facilities Manager at Rutgers University, overseeing operations for the Livingston Recreation Center, and a Human Resource Intern at TheStreet, where Brendan coordinated internship programs and facilitated recruitment processes. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Rutgers University.
