Kristie B. is an experienced art director and designer currently serving as the Art Director for Sunday Opinion at The New York Times since September 2024. With a freelance career beginning in April 2015, Kristie has collaborated with a diverse range of brands, including Bobbie, GQ, and ESPN, focusing on art direction and creative asset development. Previous roles include Brand Designer at Bobbie and Graphic Designer positions at GQ Magazine and Popular Mechanics, alongside a solid foundation in social work through internships and fellowships that involved providing support and advocacy for marginalized communities. Kristie holds a BA in English and Cultural Anthropology from Fordham University, a Master of Social Work from the University at Buffalo, and has completed continuing education in Graphic Design and Advertising at the School of Visual Arts.
