Shilpa Londhe

Shilpa Londhe, PhD, MHA, is a seasoned professional in maternal health and health policy, currently serving as the Director of Evaluation and Implementation at NYU Langone Health since November 2023. As the founder of Maternal Spotlight since April 2020, Shilpa Londhe focuses on enhancing maternal health discussions, developing impactful metrics, fostering organizational change within delivery systems, and improving patient-provider interactions. Formerly, Shilpa Londhe held the role of Health Equity, Population Health, & Social Science Research Leader at Deloitte from September 2020 to November 2023, and served as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Hofstra University from September 2016 to May 2020. Shilpa Londhe's academic background includes a PhD in Health Policy from Brandeis University, along with Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Cornell University in Health Care Administration and Human Biology, respectively, and a postdoctoral fellowship at Yale School of Public Health.
