Tal Levy

Tal Levy, MD MBA, currently serves as the Director of Anesthesiology and Medical Director at Citimed Surgery Center and Site Director of Anesthesiology at North Queens Surgical Center under Centurion Anesthesia, a position held since May 2018. In addition, Tal Levy is the Owner and Anesthesiologist at T L Anesthesia Services PLLC. Since May 2019, Tal Levy has been a Clinical Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at NYU Langone Health and previously held roles including Assistant Medical Director and Administrative Director of Anesthesiology at EMU Health, and Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at both Weill Cornell Medicine and Yale School of Medicine. Education credentials include an MD from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and dual MBA degrees from Quantic School of Business and Technology and Smartly Institute. Tal Levy completed a Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and an Anesthesia Residency at New York Medical College/St. Vincent Catholic Medical Center.
