Lisa Jaeger

Lisa Jaeger, MA, LMHC, has extensive experience in the field of psychology and psychotherapy, serving as an adjunct instructor in the Department of Applied Psychology at New York University since September 1987. In addition to academic responsibilities, Lisa operates a private counseling and psychotherapy practice, which has been ongoing since 1986. Lisa has also worked as a mentor and group facilitator for NYU's Study Abroad Program, focusing on cross-cultural and group dynamics in stressful situations from May 2010 to June 2013. Prior to these roles, Lisa served as a geriatric outreach worker at the New York Service Program for Older Adults from March 1984 to August 1987, bringing a diverse skill set to the field. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Counseling from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Dance from SUNY Geneseo.
