Biren Patel

Biren Patel has extensive experience in technology and software engineering, currently serving as the Director of Technology & Platform Engineering at NYWD Inc. since November 2009, where previous roles included Software Engineering Manager and Software Developer, contributing to significant projects such as the migration of an e-commerce website from Classic ASP to ASP.NET. Prior to NYWD, Biren held a position as a Development Analyst Intern at Schering Plough Corporation, focusing on system analysis, design, and programming. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Additionally, Biren has pursued Ashtanga Yoga training at Ashtanga Yoga New York since 2013.
