Andrea Waters

Andrea Waters has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Andrea currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at NZ Funds since August 2022. Prior to this, they were the General Manager - Finance at Kiwibank from October 2021 to August 2022. Andrea held various positions at Quilter, including Director of Finance from April 2019 to August 2021, Head of FP&A and Finance Optimisation Lead from January 2018 to March 2019, and Finance Reporting Improvement Programme Lead from July 2017 to December 2017. Andrea also worked at Man Group, where they held the roles of Head of Investor Relations and Finance COO from March 2016 to May 2017, Head of Finance Operations from January 2015 to March 2016, and Head of Financial Reporting and Controls from November 2011 to January 2015. Andrea started their career at EY as a Senior Manager from January 2008 to June 2011.

From 1995 to 1998, Andrea Waters attended The University of Waikato, where they obtained a Bachelor of Management Studies with First Class Honours in Accounting.
