Lise Morton

Lise Morton, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and project management across various sectors in New Zealand. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst in Enterprise Change at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency since February 2023, Lise collaborates with multiple organizations on a significant national project. Previously, Lise held roles such as Lead Business Analyst and Project Manager at Stats NZ, where responsibilities included managing the 2023 Disability Survey. Lise has also worked as a Principal Adviser at the Ministry of Education, contributing to initiatives related to professional learning and Aotearoa New Zealand's histories. Additional experience encompasses senior policy advisement at the Ministry for Primary Industries and portfolio management at Universities New Zealand. Lise holds a PhD in Business Management and has received scholarships during academic tenure at Lincoln University, complemented by an Honors Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
