Sarah Trevethick

Sarah Trevethick has extensive work experience in change management and consulting roles. Sarah has worked as a Change Lead and Corporate Support at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency since 2023, where they are involved in delivering their National Ticketing Solution for public transport. Prior to this, Sarah worked as a Change Management Consultant at Ravensdown from 2022 to 2023, where they helped design and produce their Te Ao Māori Strategy. From 2018 to 2023, Sarah was a Principal Consultant at Change Consulting Ltd. Sarah also served as a Senior Change Manager at MYOB from 2020 to 2022, leading change management for their Enterprise division. Sarah was the Managing Director at G-ABS Limited from 2017 to 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Change Management Consultant at JOYN from 2019 to 2020 and as a Director at EMBED Change from 2017 to 2019. Before that, Sarah held various roles at ACC New Zealand, including Change Manager, Research Advisor, and Documentation Analyst. Sarah started their career as a Learning Advisor at Victoria University of Wellington from 2011 to 2013.

Sarah Trevethick obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Applied Linguistics from Victoria University of Wellington in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and International Studies from the same university in 2004-2007. In addition to their degrees, Sarah has obtained various certifications in areas such as change management, leadership, and project management.
