Amanda Safford

EVP, Head of Customer Operations at nZero

Amanda Safford is currently the Director of Customer Success at nZero. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operations for Northern Nevada at Academica Nevada, LLC from October 2018 to April 2022. Amanda has also worked as a Senior Load Research Analyst at NV Energy from May 2015 to September 2018, and as a Research Assistant & Instructor in the Management Science & Economics Departments at the University of Nevada Reno from August 2012 to May 2015.

Amanda Safford has earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno, an M.B.A. from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University.

Amanda Safford reports to Jen Mingo, Chief Customer Officer. and April Sorenson - Customer Success Manager reports to Amanda Safford.
