Cindy Xin

Cindy Xin has over a decade of work experience. Cindy most recently worked as an Associate Director of Sales Operations at UP Education since July 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at UP Education, including Head of Pathways Development for New Zealand and Australia from September 2019 to July 2022, and Head of Recruitment for New Zealand and Australia (Pathways) from June 2019 to September 2019. Before joining UP Education, Cindy worked as an Assistant Director of Recruitment for INTO University Partnerships at Queen's University Belfast from November 2014 to June 2019. Cindy also has previous experience as an Assistant Recruitment Manager at CDP LEGAL CONSULTANCY UK LTD from October 2010 to June 2013, and as an Assistant Team Leader at TOKAI RIKA UK from March 2007 to September 2010.

Cindy Xin completed a Master's Degree in Managerial Psychology from Alliance Manchester Business School from 2013-2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management Studies from The University of Salford from 2010-2013.
