Ben Norris

Ben Norris possesses extensive experience in software engineering and mobile app development, currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at O.C. Tanner since May 2015, where responsibilities include leading mobile teams and managing iOS engineers. With a background as an iOS Developer, Designer, and Owner at BSN Design, Ben creates custom iOS apps and delivers coaching on presentations. Additional roles include founding team member at Factor, Lead iOS Instructor at Devmountain, and various technical positions at the Waterford Institute and Balsamiq, LLC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer and Community Studies from the University of Utah and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Utah Valley University.
