Hailey Darrow

Hailey Darrow is a Client Success Manager at O.C. Tanner, where roles have also included Learning and Development Specialist and Client Success Specialist since July 2021. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at Utah State University from August 2019 to May 2021, such as a member of the Student Alumni Association, a Title IX Peer Educator, a Fee Board Student at Large, and an Orientation Office Peer Advisor. Additional experience includes serving as a Social Media Specialist for the Utah State Historic Preservation Office and as a Receptionist/Social Media Manager at The Nail Forum. Hailey holds a degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and Corporate Communications from Utah State University, earned in 2021, following a high school diploma from William S Hart High School in 2017.
