Rachel Sturm

Rachel Sturm is a UX Research Manager at O.C. Tanner since October 2022, following a role as a UX Researcher at Overstock.com from January 2022 to October 2022. Prior experience includes positions as a UX Researcher at Western Governors University and a Learning Experience Designer from June 2020 to January 2022, as well as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at George Mason University from August 2019 to June 2020. Further experience encompasses project management in traffic safety research at AAA National from November 2017 to June 2020, user experience research and lab management at the University of Utah from December 2015 to November 2017, and early education user research at Waterford Research Institute from December 2014 to December 2015. Rachel Sturm also has experience as a Store Manager at Simplymac in 2013. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Factors & Applied Cognition from George Mason University, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Utah, and a Human Factors certificate from the University of Utah.
