Richard Clegg

Richard Clegg has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Richard started their career as a Staff Accountant at Orton & Company in 1999. Richard then worked as a Senior Auditor at Chisholm, Bierwolf & Nilson, LLC from 2001 to 2005. After that, they joined Cadence Design Systems, Inc. as an Accounting Supervisor until 2010. Richard then served as the CFO at Green Endeavors, Inc. from 2010 to 2011. Richard later joined Vivint as the Financial Reporting Manager from 2011 to 2013. Richard then became the Director of Finance and Corporate Treasurer at O.C. Tanner in 2013, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Finance and Corporate Treasurer. Additionally, Richard is a Board Member at the Young Artists Chamber Players since 2017, where they contribute to enhancing young musicians' music instruction and fostering an appreciation for classical music.

Richard Clegg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business in 2000. Richard then pursued their MBA in Accounting from Westminster University from 2002 to 2005. Richard also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
