Russell Flint

Russell Flint's work experience begins in 2004 at Computershare, where they held roles as a Graduate Program participant and later as a Client Solutions Coordinator. In 2007, they joined O.C. Tanner | accumulate as a Senior Account Manager, providing consulting services and managing solutions for incentive and reward programs. Russell then took on roles as Senior Manager of Business Development and Commercial Partnerships, leading sales and client activities, developing business strategies, and cultivating partnerships until 2017. Since 2017, Flint has been with O.C. Tanner as the Director of Business Development for Australasia and now the Asia Pacific, working closely with client advisory teams and leading business development efforts.

Russell Flint completed a short course on Negotiation & Influencing Skills for Managers at Mt Eliza Business School in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business-Commerce from Monash University, which they attended from 1998 to 2001.
