Sara Casey

Sara Casey currently serves as the Director of Sales Operations & Business Development at O.C. Tanner, responsible for leading a team focused on the strategy, development, and measurement of global sales training and enablement programs. Prior to this role, Sara was the Training and Development Manager at Overstock.com, overseeing organizational training for 1,600 employees across multiple locations. Sara began a career in education as a teacher in both New London and Waterloo School Districts, where responsibilities included curriculum design and student assessment. Earlier experience includes a leadership position in inside sales at CORBI Plastics, where project management and multilingual support were key responsibilities. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Edgewood University and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
