Steven Day

Steven Day has over a decade of experience in health promotion, business development, and operations management. Currently serving as Managing Director at O.C. Tanner since September 2016, Steven also held the role of Director of Business Development & Partnerships. Prior experience includes Director of Operations at Premise Health within Goldman Sachs, Wellbeing Program Consultant at Diversified Insurance Group, and Program Coordinator at the University of Utah. Steven began a career in employee benefits with roles at SelectHealth, where responsibilities included Employee Benefits Specialist and Health Promotion & Education Specialist. Steven holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Utah.
