ASHISH TYAGI

Ashish Tyagi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. ASHISH currently holds the position of Vice President at O2 Power since May 2020. Prior to that, Ashish served as the Executive Vice President of Finance at RELIGARE ENTERPRISES LTD from February 2019 to April 2020. Before joining RELIGARE, they worked at IL&FS Environmental Infrastructure & Services Ltd as the Vice President of Finance, where they were responsible for the consolidated Finance and Accounts function as Group CFO. ASHISH also held the role of Assistant Vice President (F&A) at the same company. Ashish started their career at Hindalco Industries as an Assistant Manager, where they gained experience in accounting and finalizing accounts under a computerized environment. Over the years, Ashish has demonstrated expertise in financial planning and structuring, maximizing financial efficiency, and managing various finance and accounting functions.

From 1993 to 1996, Ashish Tyagi attended Delhi University in New Delhi, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Following this, from 1996 to 1998, they enrolled at Jagan Institute Of Management Studies (JIMS Rohini) and completed a two-year full-time program, obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Finance. Finally, from 2000 to 2008, they studied at the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India and earned a degree in ICWAI, specializing in Accounts.
