Swapan Sundar has a diverse work experience in various companies. swapan started their career at Motherson Group in 2013 as a New Product Development Engineer, where they worked until July 2016. swapan then joined Sterling and Wilson in August 2016 as an Electrical Engineer in the solar division and worked there until March 2018. Following that, Swapan joined L & T Construction, Inc. in March 2018 as an Assistant Manager and worked there for three years until August 2021. Currently, they are working at ReNew Power as an Assistant Manager since October 2021.

Swapan Sundar completed their M Tech degree in Mechatronics from JNTHU, Hyderabad, from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical from Baldev inter high school, Patna, from 2000 to 2002.
