Varun Arora

Varun Arora has a strong background in project management and engineering. Varun currently works at O2 Power as a Deputy Manager in Project Management. Prior to this, they held the position of Assistant Manager in Project Management at the same company. Before joining O2 Power, Varun worked at Mahindra Susten as a Senior Project Engineer, handling international projects. Varun also gained experience as a Project Engineer at ReNew Power. Varun'searly career included a role as a Civil Engineer at Larsen & Toubro, where they worked on a 30 MW solar plant project, overseeing the site, creating plans, managing budgets, and ensuring technical requirements were met.

Varun Arora attended St. Thomas Senior Secondary School in Ludhiana from 1997 to 2015. After completing their secondary education, they pursued a degree in Civil Engineering from RIMT-MAEC in Mandi Gobindgarh.

In April 2023, Varun obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
