Kara Weatherall

Kara Weatherall has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kara is currently the Marketing Director for Shack Shine at O2E Brands. Prior to that, they were a Partner at Silver Birch Growth, where they launched the company while on maternity leave and provided revenue advisory and GTM services to tech companies. Before that, Kara was the Vice President of Partnerships at Align Wellness. Kara also co-founded and served as the General Manager of Wellby, a two-sided marketplace connecting users with experts. Earlier in their career, Kara spent several years at Yum! Brands, where they held various marketing management positions, including Senior Marketing Manager, Integrated Portfolio Marketing Manager, and Marketing Manager for Innovation and Value. Kara also worked at BBDO as an Account Supervisor and Senior Account Executive, handling notable campaigns for Frito Lay and Pepsi Beverages. Kara's early career includes roles at Brightworks Interactive Marketing Inc. as an Online Marketing Manager and Digital Project Manager. Kara started their professional journey as an Audit and Assurance Summer Intern at Price Waterhouse.

Kara Weatherall attended the Smith School of Business at Queen's University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. During the same period, they also studied Marketing and Advertising at Queen's University.
