Katie Schaeffers

Katie Schaeffers is a seasoned professional in marketing and customer experience, currently serving as the Managing Director of Shack Shine at O2E Brands since October 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing Customer Experience Strategy and Design, Creative Services, and Franchise Development Marketing for multiple brands. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President Marketing and Director of Marketing, focusing on delivering brand experiences aligned with business outcomes and fostering customer relationships. Freelance work from July 2012 to October 2017 encompassed notable projects like Executive Director of the Projecting Change Film Festival and Curator of TEDx Vancouver. In addition, Katie contributed to SheEO™ as the Brand and Communications lead, promoted strategic creativity as Vice President at BRANDLIVE Group, and managed the TEDActive conference operations.
