Kieran Foxe has extensive experience in IT operations and customer service, currently serving as an IT Operations Engineer at O2E Brands since October 2019, following roles as a Senior IT Support Specialist, IT Support Specialist, and Support Desk Specialist. Prior to this, Kieran held various positions at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? from October 2014 to October 2019, including Team Captain and Inbound Sales Agent, where $1.7M in revenue was generated and an outbound program for ISP Local Commercial was piloted. Kieran's educational background includes studies at Griffith University from 2009 to 2011, ongoing education at the British Columbia Institute of Technology since March 2021, and training through Trailhead by Salesforce starting in 2019.
