Roger Shen

Roger Shen has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Roger is currently the Director of Software Engineering at O2E Brands, a position they have held since 2023. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as the Head of Software Development at Spring Financial, where they managed a 30-person IT department and played a crucial role in developing technical strategies and delivery roadmaps. Prior to that, Roger worked as a Software Development Manager at Canada Drives from 2017 to 2021. Roger also held various positions at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, Safeway Canada, Trio Software, PhysicianAccess, and as a self-employed Programmer Analyst. Throughout their career, Roger has demonstrated expertise in team management, technical strategies, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.

Roger Shen earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Salesforce Certified Administrator in November 2017 and as a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2021.
