Tom Peerless

Tom Peerless has a diverse work experience in risk management and audit roles. Tom has held positions at various companies including O2E Brands, BCI, BC Pension Corporation, Advanced Solutions (An HP Company), and PRA Group. Tom has extensive experience in developing and implementing enterprise risk management programs, designing risk governance frameworks, and conducting internal audits. Tom has also provided assurance on the adequacy of internal controls and compliance with regulations. Tom has a strong focus on risk identification, mitigation strategies, and reporting to executive management and boards. Tom Peerless completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria from 1992 to 1995. Tom then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Royal Roads University from 2001 to 2003. In 2005, they obtained a CPA, CMA designation from Simon Fraser University, which they completed in 2007. Tom Peerless further enhanced their skills by obtaining a Certification in Risk Management Assurance from The Institute of Internal Auditors in 2013.
