Benjamin Rosner, MS, SCCC, CSCS, currently serves as a Human Performance On-Site Specialist at O2X Human Performance, where responsibilities include overseeing human performance services for Baltimore County Public Safety members and managing a team of Peer Fitness Trainers. Previous roles include Brigade Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach at GAP Solutions, Inc., supporting service members in readiness programs, and Strength and Conditioning Coach at EXOS, focusing on physical training for military personnel. Benjamin has also held positions at The College of Saint Rose and the College of the Holy Cross, developing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for student-athletes. Education includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Sciences: Exercise and Sport Science from Liberty University, a Master of Science in Sports and Exercise from Merrimack College, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Boston University.
