Pete Kadushin, Ph.D., CMPC, serves as the Manager of Learning and Development and Mental Performance Coach for the Chicago Blackhawks since July 2021. With extensive experience in mental performance coaching, Pete currently works as a Human Performance Specialist with O2X Human Performance, providing workshops to tactical athletes aimed at enhancing job efficiency and overall well-being. Previously, Pete operated a digital mental performance coaching practice and held academic positions at Boston University and Western Colorado University, teaching various sport and exercise psychology courses. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Sport and Exercise Psychology and a Master's in Counseling from West Virginia University, complemented by a Bachelor's in Psychology from Penn State University.
