Colette Nielson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Colette started their career as a Desk Receptionist at Inner-Action Sports Rehab and Chiropractic from August 2016 to June 2017. Colette then joined BMC - Building Materials and Construction Solutions as an Inside Sales Representative, where they assisted customers and supported the outside sales team from January 2021 to April 2021.

Colette also worked at Brigham Young University - Idaho in different roles. Colette served as an Employee Engagement Specialist from January 2022 to April 2022. In their role as an Information Technology Service Desk Trainer from November 2020 to April 2022, they led the training efforts, ensuring trainees were equipped to handle their responsibilities. Colette was also an Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead from April 2019 to November 2020 and an I-Learn Support Specialist from September 2018 to April 2019.

Colette gained research experience as a Research Analyst at the Research and Business Development Center from July 2021 to September 2021. Most recently, Colette joined The Ridge as a Marketing Intern, where they conducted research on related brands and observed various marketing roles to explore their career interests.

Currently, Colette is working as a Customer Success Team Lead at O3, Inc. from October 2022 onwards.

Colette Nielson has a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho, which they obtained from 2017 to 2022. Their field of study during this period was Entrepreneurship and Psychology. Additionally, in July 2019, they obtained the HDI Customer Service Representative (CSR) certification from HDI.
