Marine Nikolyan

Marine Nikolyan has extensive experience in risk management and customer service, currently working as a Customer Service Representative at O3 Merchant Services since September 2022. Prior to this role, Marine served as a Non-financial Risk Manager at NatWest Commercial and Institutional from May 2021 to August 2022 and as an Operational Risk Manager at ProCredit Bank from August 2017 to May 2021. Earlier positions include Head of Operational Risk Assessment and Monitoring Unit and Senior Specialist in the Operational Risk Management Department at Ardshinbank CJSC between May 2015 and July 2017, as well as Operational Risk Specialist and Risk Management Department Specialist at ProCredit Bank Armenia from July 2008 to April 2015. Marine Nikolyan holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Armenian State University of Economics, earned from 2002 to 2007.
