Andrew Foy

Andrew Foy's work experience is as follows:

- From 2021 onwards, Andrew has been working at O3 Solutions. Andrew started as the Director of AWP & Construction Excellence and later became the Vice President of AWP & Construction Excellence. Andrew'srole includes providing AWP and construction expertise to support O3 Solutions' software platform.

- In 2020, Andrew worked at Concord Academy as the Lead Instructor. Andrew'sresponsibility was to provide Advanced Work Packaging training through online eLearning courses.

- From 2018 to 2021, Andrew worked at Motiva Enterprises LLC as the AWP Manager. Andrew established and implemented an AWP process for several multi-billion dollar chemical projects. Andrew provided training and acted as a change agent for adopting AWP within the organization.

- In 2017, Andrew worked at Andeavor as the AWP Manager. Andrew implemented a site-based WorkFace Planning program for a large capital project and created company-wide procedures for AWP implementation.

- From 2015 to 2017, Andrew worked at Inter Pipeline as the AWP Manager. Andrew established a grassroots AWP program for a propane dehydrogenation project and worked with engineering and construction companies to support full graphical work packaging.

- From 2010 to 2015, Andrew worked at WorleyParsons as a Project Manager. Andrew managed multiple projects, developed and updated project schedules, and was responsible for project performance and cost control.

- From 2005 to 2010, Andrew worked at Triton Projects as a Project Manager/Project Controls lead. Andrew introduced project controls systems and oversaw the project controls staff.

- In 2004 and 2005, Andrew worked as an Area Sales Manager at SMP (Playgrounds) Limited, where they serviced existing clients and generated new business.

- From 2002 to 2004, Andrew worked as a Sales and Marketing Engineer at Automation Techniques Limited. Andrew was responsible for system concept design, quotes, proposals, and website maintenance.

- From 1999 to 2001, Andrew worked as a Sales Engineer at Servotest Limited. Andrew was involved in sales, customer liaison, and system concept design for bespoke servohydraulic test systems.
