Susan Gorman, MSPM, PMP®, CSM®

Susan Gorman has over 15 years of work experience in various roles.

Susan currently serves as the Director of Client Success at O3 Solutions, a position they started in April 2023.

Prior to that, Susan worked at Applied Medical as a Manager of IT Project Management from March 2022 to April 2023, where they also held the roles of Lead IT Project Manager from November 2022 to March 2023, and IT Project Manager III from June 2022 to November 2022.

From April 2021 to June 2022, they worked at Pete Fowler Construction Services, Inc. as a Technical Manager and Project/Portfolio Manager, and before that as a Technical Project Manager from October 2018 to April 2021.

Susan's earlier work experience includes roles at Integrity International Insurance Brokers. From March 2009 to October 2018, they served as the Marketing Manager, and from March 2006 to March 2009, they held the position of Controller.

Susan Gorman, MSPM, PMP®, CSM®, completed their Master of Science degree in Project Management from the University of Southern California in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree from UCLA.

In addition to their formal education, Susan has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Susan became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute in December 2021. Susan also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in August 2022. Susan further expanded their knowledge and expertise by earning certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Lean Practitioner, and Program Management for IT Professionals from different institutions. Furthermore, they completed courses in Creating a Culture of Continuous Improvement, Change Management Tips for Leaders, Foundations of Performance Management, Leading Change, and Scrum: Advanced through LinkedIn.
