Bharat Mendiratta began their career in 2015 as a Content Executive for Grofers. Bharat then moved up the ranks, serving as a Retail Executive, Category Executive, Senior Category Executive, and Assistant Category Manager for the company until 2021. Currently, they are a Business Analyst - Operations for O4S (Original4Sure | Supplytics | Gynger).

Bharat Mendiratta obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University between 2010 and 2013, with a focus on Banking and Insurance. Bharat then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Gitarattan International Business School between 2013 and 2015, with a focus on Marketing with International Business.
