Katherine Fuller

Katherine Fuller is the SVP of Global Professional Services, Strategy & Operations at o9 Solutions. Katherine has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on retail merchandising and shopper engagement. Katherine has a proven track record of leading teams to over-deliver on company and client metrics, and has received a Net Promoter Score of 9.5 across a client portfolio of over fifteen clients. In their previous role as Vice President, General Manager at CROSSMARK, they were responsible for client engagement and marketing in support of Retail Merchandising, representing over $125 million in annual revenue. Katherine has also led RFPs for Retail Work resulting in over $11.5 million in new business in 2019.

Katherine Fuller has a Bachelor of Arts from Wofford College in English and Finance and a bachelors from Woodward Academy.
