Mírian Daniela Marcelino da Silva is an experienced attorney with a focus on Tax Law and litigation. Currently serving at the Brazilian Bar Association since February 2015, Mírian has previously worked with Jurídico Guedes - Advogados Associados, Rocha & Fraga Advogados Associados, and Colares & Rabello Advogados Associados, handling a variety of cases in Tax, Labor, and Civil Law, and representing professional councils in tax litigation. Legal internships at the Justiça Federal and Procuradoria Geral do Estado do Espírito Santo provided foundational experience in tax enforcement, pension law, and judicial proceedings.
