Daniel Martins da Silva is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Vice-President of the Private Security and Sporting Shooting Commission and President of the Compliance Commission for the OAB/DF subseção de Brazlândia since August 2022. Daniel has been an attorney and CEO at Rocha & Martins Advogados since June 2011 and has held the position of legal consultant at Quorum Política since January 2019. Previous roles include instructor at Master Magnum from October 2020 to March 2021 and parliamentary assistant at the Senado Federal from May 2004 to September 2020, involved in legislative follow-up and proposal drafting. Daniel's educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Law from the Instituto Legislativo Brasileiro and specializations in Financial and Tax Law from Atame Pós-Graduação. Daniel completed a Bachelor of Laws at Universidade Paulista in 2010.
