His background in both technical design engineering and construction management makes him a well-rounded project manager with a complete understanding of how projects achieve success. With his experience in highly skilled field management and self-perform general contracting, Matt is just as proficient at managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors as he is at problem-solving technical design issues in the field.
