Phil Baker

Phil Baker has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Sr. Director at OAC Services, Inc. since October 2010, after previously holding the position of Director. Prior to this, Phil worked as an Estimator at PCL Construction from June 2004 to June 2010 and began their career as a Project Engineer at Jaynes Corporation from July 2003 to June 2004. Phil holds a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Development from the University of Washington (2008-2009) and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Central Washington University (1998-2003).
