Thais Molina

Thais Molina currently serves as the Capability and Culture Business Partner at the Office of the Auditor-General in New Zealand, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Thais was with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand from November 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included acting as Chief Human Resources Officer and serving as Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on HR advisory and team leadership. Experience also includes roles at Capgemini as Human Resources Consultant and Learning and Development Team Lead, as well as positions at GRU Airport and Avianca Brasil as Human Factors Specialist. Thais holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Université Paris Descartes, a Postgraduate Degree in Public Health from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
