Simona Mikalone

Simona Mikalone has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2019. Simona started their career as a Finance & Administration Assistant at UAB Realtus, where they handled accounting, office administration, and financial data analysis. Simona then worked as an HR Assistant at Callcredit Information Group, where they developed and implemented various HR strategies and built relationships with business leaders. Simona then joined Intermedix as a Director of Human Resources, where they managed a team and implemented HR strategies to support talent acquisition, talent management, and employee relations. Afterward, they joined Coca-Cola HBC as an HR Assistant, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and legal compliance. Their most recent role was with OAG as the Head of People & Culture, where they played a key role in managing HR functions and leading the company's HR strategies.

Simona Mikalone received a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Mykolas Romeris University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Business Administration from ISM University of Management and Economics from 2005 to 2009. Simona Mikalone completed their secondary education at Panevezys Juozas Balčikonis gymnasium from 1997 to 2005. Simona also holds additional certifications including being a Development Dimensions International (DDI) Facilitator and Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt.
