Ed Duggan

Director at Oak Creek Energy

Ed Duggan has extensive experience in the renewable energy industry. Ed is currently working as the Senior Director of Wind Origination and Development at IOWN Renewable Energy Inc. since December 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Director at Oak Creek Energy since April 2016. Ed also worked as a Manager at ZCF Wind Wall, LLC from February 2015. Ed's experience includes being the President of Alton Energy, Inc, where they led the development of various renewable energy projects in California and Nevada. Before that, they owned their own wind consulting services company called JED Wind Consulting Services, where they provided assistance to clients in wind energy project development.

Earlier in their career, Ed held various positions at Oak Creek Energy Systems, including Executive Vice President where they oversaw the re-powering of the OCES Tehachapi site and led the development efforts for the Alta Wind Energy Center. Ed also worked as a Test Site Manager at Advanced Wind Turbines / FloWind, where they managed the planning, construction, and testing of wind turbines. Ed's earlier experience includes positions at Oak Creek Energy Systems, Inc and Cannon Capital Group, where they contributed to the operations and development of wind energy plants. Ed started their career as a Sales Engineer at Holec Power Systems.

Ed Duggan attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1976 to 1981, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
