Sheldon Greene

Sheldon Greene is a current Board Member, Executive Vice-President and compliance officer. Over the past 23 years he has worked with Oak Creek Energy in various capacities including turbine owner, chairman of owner’s committee, Shareholder, Board member, General Counsel and Secretary, member of the executive committee and compliance officer. His diverse legal experience includes expertise in commercial lending, insurance, personnel, administrative agency, commercial construction, contract, and commercial arbitration and high impact litigation. His experience contributed to the fact that Oak Creek Energy has never been sued and never filed suit during his tenure. He is a member of the board of the Great Lakes Energy Institute at Case Western University, School of Engineering and was a member of the national energy policy team for the Obama campaign. He is the author of several articles on administrative law and land policy and six novels.
