Danielle Matson

Client Relationship Manager at Oak Ridge Financial Services

Danielle joined Oak Ridge Financial in October 2019.

Danielle believes that their business is one based on building relationships, and she makes it a goal of hers to listen to clients’ thoughts, wishes, goals, and fears in order to understand and help provide the best possible financial advice. She believes that the only mistake in asking a question is not asking it at all. Knowing what clients care about is crucial when providing them with advice, and Danielle truly enjoys helping them find answers to the small things, similar to finding pieces of a puzzle. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills help her focus on creating the best possible client experience.

Danielle has been in the finance and investment industry since September of 1999. She began her career at a small, independent firm in St. Cloud, and later held roles similar to Client Relationship Manager at Piper Jaffray and RBC Wealth Management. She holds Series 7 & 66 licenses. She has worked with both individual representatives and with teams, often serving as the first point of contact for clients. In her most recent role, she was responsible for ensuring that the team met client service standards by designing, implementing, and monitoring a system for the entire team. She served as the team’s Practice Manager and was responsible for day-to-day operations, working hard to help advisors have time to focus on financial planning and investment strategy.

Danielle received her education from St. Cloud State University.
