Lisa Blum

Lisa Blum, CCP, is an experienced professional in compensation and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Compensation, HRIS & Analytics at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Prior roles include Compensation Manager and Senior Compensation Analyst at the same organization, as well as positions at Discovery Inc as a Compensation Consultant and Compensation Analyst, and at Scripps Networks Interactive in similar analyst and HR specialist roles. Additionally, Lisa garnered experience as a Group Fitness Instructor at National Fitness Center Signature Club and as a Human Resources Manager at Brookhaven Retreat. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, completed in 2000.
